There's a positive, supportive atmosphere at Mind Full, very down to earth and accepting of all ages and shapes - nothing snooty or unwelcoming. In all of the Pilates studios I've been to, this is the best in terms of convenience, friendliness, affordability ... and as they claim: it really is fun too. The work out is often really challenging but I very rarely feel stiff afterwards. I'm in my 60s now and plan to be doing this exercise for decades to come. All I can say about the Studio and the instructor/owner is Wow! Pilates is a great form of exercise and Angie has a great gift of enabling the exercises to have maximum impact on the student. She is patient in assessing my strength and flexibility and prescribes the instruction accordingly so you won't push too hard but push enough to see changes in a few sessions. State of the art machines that are immaculate and brand new! I am a chiropractor and I am so pleased with Angie Larson and her studio. The name says it all: Mind Full that's a perfect name for a studio that promotes presence and focus while doing Pilates, a great core strengthener!

I started doing Pilates about 4 months ago & I'm totally impressed with results. I am so much stronger & fit than I used to be (& I only go 1-2 times per week). In addition, my injuries (bad knees, etc) have gone away. I get a huge workout with everyone who teaches there...they are all so good. I highly recommend anyone who wants a workout that gives you those lovely lean muscles to give Mind Full Pilates a try. You will sweat!!!
